This is the time to clean under equipment, clean walls, ceiling tiles etc. Bottom side of the tables etc. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards required in a commercial kitchen. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. ________________________________________ Requirements: • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting preferred. • Ability to work early mornings (5–10am) and/or late nights (after 10pm), and Sunday afternoons or all day Monday. (these are the times when we are closed). • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
