For the right person we may have crash pad available. Cucina Baci is a cozy Italian market, wine bar cafe, and dinner theater nestled on a creekside acre with our own garden and chickens. Our 40-seat cafe is surrounded by our market, offering the finest Italian products. At Cucina Baci, we celebrate the finest local and imported products by preparing them with simplicity, skill, and attention to detail. Our menu features la carte small plates alongside a family-style tasting menu. Our wine bar highlights wine tasting by the glass, sourced from small grower producers around the globe. We are building a small, tight-knit team where cross-training is essential. Everyone plays a role in all aspects of the operation.. We aim to redefine the wine-bar dining scene by fostering a culture of excellence in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for entrepreneurial, organized, meticulous, and creative individuals who are eager to collaborate, learn, and grow with us in this exciting new venture. Expertise in everything Italian is essential. We will be offering Wine tastings with food pairings, Pasta making, Italian cooking and Fresh mozzarella classes.

Maintaining a sanitary kitchen: Cooks must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses. Additional responsibilities may include: Assisting other cooks and chefs.
