Description

Seeking a host/server assistant with restaurant experience to join our team at Otherlands Beer. This position includes greeting and seating customers, and helping servers with anything they need; running food, taking payment, bussing and generally being an extra helping hand. Skills -Proven ability in food service management and catering operations. -Problem-solving, relationship-building, and product knowledge (as you learn our menu) are key for this position. -Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team. -Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in menu planning and execution. -Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. -Ability to work early mornings.
