Take personal responsibility for keeping the store in beautiful condition for the enjoyment of customers and to support the Team Productivity & Efficiency Motivates their team to be productive, leading by example and taking initiative Develops systems with the Assistant Store Manager and Shift Leaders to maximize the productivity of the back office Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Meets the restaurant's monthly and annual budget and plans, including sales goals, profit projections, capital requirements, and staff requirements. 2. Reviews the general business climate for the restaurant and adjusts staff and inventories as needed. 3. Ensures financial reporting is consistent with restaurant standards and produced monthly. 4. Promotes and directs restaurant marketing programs. 5. Directly in charge of hiring, performance evaluation and termination of staff. 6. Directly in charge of ordering and delegation of ordering as needed. 7. Schedules all staff shifts and communicates schedules promptly and effectively. 5. Maintains the facilities of the restaurant to produce high-quality food at the lowest possible cost. 6. Ensures customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality food, courteous employees, and quick response to needs. 7. Reports status information to the management monthly. 8. Contracts for and follows up on general maintenance and repair to the facility. 9. Performs other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: 1. Develops and maintains an effective restaurant by selecting, training, compensating, motivating, terminating, and reviewing all staff. 2. Develops and maintains a program for sound employee relations with staff at all levels of the organization. 3.
