Our stores are high volume so you must be able to work in a fast paced environment! SWEETFIN is a fast-casual, chef-driven poké concept with stores set to open all over Los Angeles. Sweetfin reimagines Hawaii's traditional "soul food" with its delicious, healthful poké bowls. The fresh, fast-casual restaurant serves up both customizable and signature bowls. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities Full P&L responsibility Oversee guest services and resolve issues ensure and maintain a high quality of ingredients and food preparation at all times Train, manage and coach all Sweetfam personnel in Front of the House and Back of the House activities Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulation Qualifications: At least 2 years Store Management experience in food service. Strong leadership qualities. Have a proven track record illustrating your organizational and general business skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
