Risbo is an elevated fast-casual rotisserie restaurant with a full bar in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. A French Rotisserie is first and foremost a rotisserie “à la broche” — on the spit. We roast all of our meats on a spit, in true tradition, to bring a little French flavor to Brooklyn cuisine. This type of spindle turning, where the meat is marinated, skewered, and roasted, allows us to offer you high-quality cooking. We offer a multitude of dishes and meats on the spit, featuring roasted chicken, leg of lamb, pork shoulder, duck, and whole branzino.
