Description

Shifts: Sunday through Saturday 7PM - 2:30AM Cook: Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and maintaining high standards of food quality. Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist with inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Dishwasher: Clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors and counters. Organize and store clean dishes and utensils. Assist with other cleaning duties as needed. Barback: Support bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Restock liquor, beer, and supplies throughout the shift. Assist in cleaning glasses, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar area stays clean. Help with deliveries and setting up bar stations. Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or bar environment is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must have a passion for food, service, and working in a fun, energetic atmosphere. Why Work With Us?
