Morning Prep Cook – Le Coupé Fried Chicken (Los Angeles, CA) Hours: 8:00am – 2:00pm (flexible to 7:00am-1:00pm if better for your schedule) Pay: $18-$22 per hour based on experience We’re looking for a dedicated, efficient, and detail-oriented prep cook to join our team at Le Coupé. This role is vital to making sure our scratch kitchen runs smoothly and is fully prepared for service each day. Requirements:     •    Must speak English and be able to communicate clearly with the team.     •    Previous experience working in a scratch kitchen (no shortcuts — sauces, recipes, and prep are done from scratch daily).     •    Ability to follow recipes exactly and execute with consistency.     •    Strong foresight to anticipate the kitchen’s needs and prepare accordingly for smooth service.     •    Works clean, organized, and efficient at all times.     •    Team player who can collaborate with both front- and back-of-house.   •    Follow all department of health and safety standards If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in precision, and enjoy being part of a tight, chef-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
