Fiamme Pizza is a small locally owned pizzeria looking fill positions as a Server, Pizza cook, or Pantry cook. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and paying extra attention to detail are prerequisites for this position. Job Duties and Requirements: •Previous Service industry experience is a plus •Friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and reliability •Ability to learn menu, and adhere to proper cooking techniques •Reliable transportation •Hardworking with the ability to multitask and keep composure during rush periods •Ability to work in a small team environment and properly communicate with coworkers The Serving position also includes greeting guests, bussing tables, and taking to-go order's This Pantry job duties includes Dishwashing, cleaning, food preparation, and making appetizers to order. Pizza making includes working with a Wood Fired Oven, hand stretching pizza dough, food preparation, and cleaning duties Morning preparation job duties include bread baking, making dough, and preparing all menu ingredients from scratch.
