Description

We seek an experienced and reliable person who loves providing exceptional customer service and working as a cohesive team. Applicants must be motivated, outgoing, and have excellent customer service skills. Serious applicants only. We are a karaoke bar and a staple in the community. Could be 1-2 weekday shifts, and opportunity to bartend in our speakeasy back bar for private parties. Must be able to run a bar solo (we do have security nightly)-- and multi-task room reservations as well. Must love music and karaoke, working hard, but having fun while doing it. It makes sense to live somewhat near, as we do not want people with far commute times. (BedStuy/Bushwick/Ocean Hill/Ridgewood area) Bartender requirements: -A friendly personality and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction - A knowledge of classic and popular Cocktails, and ability to learn ours quickly -Knowledge of Spirits, Beers, and wines with an eagerness to learn more -The ability to multitask and achieve the highest customer service standards -Be punctual and reliable and can thrive in a team-oriented establishment - A strong understanding of genuine hospitality - NYC experience with serving in a high-volume setting -Excellent communication skills and ability to assist guests in selecting beverages -Love music and karaoke and chatting with guests -Food Handler's a plus but not necessary If you are interested in joining us, please reply to this post with your resume.
