Compensation: $18.20 Worksite Location: NCAT Campus Overview / Job Summary: The Flight Dispatcher plays a critical role in managing and overseeing flight operations and logistics, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all flight activities. This position involves working closely with pilots, air traffic control, and other personnel to coordinate flight schedules, monitor weather conditions, and ensure adherence to regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to: Maintain an accurate and updated record of maintenance performed on each aircraft and coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule aircraft for periodic inspections and unscheduled maintenance. Maintain aircraft maintenance logbooks and associated entries. Work extensively with the flight instructors, check airmen and Program Director to assess student needs and schedule them accordingly. Invoice all flights and manage student flight accounts. Update aircraft avionics systems on a monthly basis. Coordinate storage of aircraft during inclement weather. Manage and track aircraft/asset usage and generate weekly reports. Serve as a medium between student pilots and fuel service organization to ensure timely refueling of aircraft. Keep an inventory of aircraft oil usage and replenish oil stock as necessary. Works collaboratively with all college departments to ensure faculty and student success Enforces and maintains compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ordinances Operates all job-related equipment, machinery, tools and other aids as required or needed Requirements Education: High school diploma, required, Associate's degree preferred. Required/Preferred Experience: Industry experience in aviation business, specifically flight operations or aircraft maintenance, preferred. The Woman’s Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked locker room while assisting members and guests in a friendly, hospitable and professional manner. Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour. This role is considered entry-level. Part-time:  Sunday: 3:00-9:00pm Monday: 3:00-11:00pm Job Responsibilities: Provide quality customer service to all members and guests within the locker room. Deliver a high level of hospitality & integrity, while providing a world-class experience, to help our members live well. Use prescribed cleaners to clean all surfaces (including but not limited to mirrors, tiles, stainless, toilets, carpets, showers, steam, sauna, and lockers). Quickly and effectively collect towels for laundry and ensure clean towels are adequately stocked in both the locker room and the Spa. Stock all supplies throughout the locker room (including but not limited to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hairbrushes, Q-tips, tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels). Ensure all containers are clean and legible. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Operator and/or Supervisor. Maintain condition of lockers by checking for lost articles and debris, as well as wiping down no less than weekly. Use various tools such as mops, vacuums, and squeegees to maintain the cleanliness of all flooring throughout the locker room. Empty garbage dispensers throughout the locker room and the Spa. Clean and disinfect all surfaces necessary, including sandals and water dispensers in the Spa. Basic knowledge of the Club and Club offerings. Professionally enforce Club policies and procedures, including Children’s Guidelines. About the Role The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Position Responsibilities Delivers completed cuisine to designated tables Supports wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require Serves all customers according to established standards of quality Have knowledge of appropriate garnishes and sauces for each plate. Have full knowledge of table numbers, seat numbers and sections of the restaurant. Perform final quality check of all plates before delivery. Deliver all food items to the correct table in a timely manner. Know pivot points and seat numbers to deliver food without “auctioning” food. Provide guests with any items they request to complete their meal. Communicate with service staff/management any requests you cannot provide. Communicate with kitchen/management regarding any food related issues brought to your attention by the guest. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
