We're seeking several energetic individuals to join our chef team for the upcoming outdoor wedding season! Most weddings and parties take place on weekends. Off-site shifts are typically 6-12 hours long throughout Western Montana. Paid hourly (even in the car), depending on experience, supplemented with prep shifts during the week, and significant gratuity adding $4-8/hr to your hourly wage. However, if you cannot work Saturdays, please don't apply. Off-site catering team members must be physically strong enough to carry catering equipment and present themselves well when interacting with wedding guests. And, don't forget the fabulous Silk Road food included with every shift! The season has already begun and will continue through October, featuring a whirlwind of weddings and parties. The applicant must have experience cooking in a commercial kitchen. The applicant must be dependable, have good knife skills, be hard-working, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. Position is your choice of part-time or full-time from 2 to 5 evenings per week. 8 hour Evening shifts are available and shifts range from 2:00pm to Midnight. Weekend availability is required.
