We are a locally owned, classic steak house, with nightly dinner service. Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a fine dining atmosphere. Good knife skills, the ability to break down primal meats, fresh seafood, proficiency on grill and sauté, and an overall understanding of proper food presentation are preferred skillsets.
