Grateful Bread Company, a wholesale and retail artisan bakery, is seeking an experienced Artisan Baker to join our team. Full-time hours, either Mon - Fri or Tues - Sat. We don't use any chemicals or preservatives, and we use natural starters and long fermentation processes to create true Old-World-style artisan breads. We use a different starter for nearly every type of dough, including our 24-year-old natural sourdough starter, which is what gives our breads their unique character and flavor.
