Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the restaurant or hotel industry. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for helping others and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
