HIRING, BOH, Dishwasher Job Responsibilities: DISH: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash cans Wash and disinfect kitchen area, counters, tools, knives, and equipment Ensure clean dishes are stored in appropriate areas and left to air dry Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals were located and refilled when empty Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and resolve before putting through dish machine.
