This role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our back-of-house kitchen operations. This is the time to clean under equipment, clean walls, ceiling tiles etc. Bottom side of the tables etc. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards required in a commercial kitchen. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. ________________________________________ Requirements: • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting preferred. • Ability to work early mornings (5–10am) and/or late nights (after 10pm), and Sunday afternoons or all day Monday.
