Photography Studio Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA Company: Space and Light Digital Space and Light Digital, a leading fashion and cosmetics photography studio, is seeking a Studio Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our fast-paced studio running smoothly and ensuring seamless coordination between our senior photographer, production team, and clients. Responsibilities: Manage daily studio operations and scheduling for both fashion and cosmetics departments Coordinate and prep schedules for senior photographers, stylists, assistants, and crew Oversee shoot logistics including equipment prep, studio setup, and post-shoot wrap-up Communicate with clients, models, and staff to ensure timely execution of projects Assist with staffing, booking, and workflow management across multiple projects Maintain studio organization, supplies, and readiness for incoming shoots Organizing and prep entire studio Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a photography or creative production studio Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools Knowledge of Capture One is a strong plus Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for fashion, beauty, and creative content production Why Join Us: Be part of a 23+ year established studio with a reputation for producing premium content for 800+ fashion and beauty brands Collaborate with a team of creative professionals in a dynamic studio environment Opportunity to grow into producer-level roles within fashion and cosmetics production
