Art Space 305 (www.artspace305.co) is a dynamic hub in Wynwood, Miami, designed to connect artists, collectors, and the community. We specialize in art wall exhibitions and event space rentals, providing flexible, professional spaces for showcasing artwork, hosting openings, talks, and cultural events. Artists can also feature their work for sale, reaching collectors and audiences in a vibrant, engaged setting. Beyond exhibitions, our mission is to foster community, spark collaboration, and create meaningful experiences that celebrate creativity in all its forms. We’re looking for a Social Media, Marketing, and Sales Rockstar Intern to help us grow our newly renovated space in Wynwood, Miami. Your Responsibilities: - Social Media Management, both posting and engaging with our followers on Instagram and Facebook. - Biweekly blog posts for ARTSPACE305.co showcasing our exhibitions, telling the story of the artists, and describing our mission. - Website updates - To help grow our email list and to send Email marketing to our mailing list of artists, collectors, and curators - Post videos and pictures on Instagram reels and stories about the space and the artworks on display - Customer service/sales in the Gallery. Requirements/Skills: - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, both in person and by email and telephone - Proficiency in Google Drive / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - Proficiency in managing a Squarespace website - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet deadlines - Desire to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects - Excellent research skills and a positive and flexible attitude - Bilingual: English and Spanish We’re looking for someone to work 15-20 hours per week and during events. This internship is a great opportunity for someone studying art, marketing, public relations or journalism who is looking to gain broad social media and marketing and sales experience in a fine art gallery.
