We are seeking a lively and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to lead engaging soccer classes at a local daycare/schools! The Coach will guide children through playful and educational activities while maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with kids (as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader) and genuinely enjoys being around children. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can expect to lead 3–6 classes per week, with pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour. Our Coaches give individualized attention to help every child succeed. Responsible for keeping class rosters organized. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation. Required to pass a background check, complete SafeSport training, and obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Flexible with scheduling. Open to growth and continuous learning. Demonstrates understanding and support of Resident Rights by providing for resident privacy and maintaining resident confidentiality Promotes the residents right to make personal choices to accommodate their needs; reinforces behavior consistent with resident dignity. Encourage residents to participate in activities, whether in a 1:1 or group setting. Maintains a safe and clean activity environment. Supports the mental health and social service needs of residents.   Required Experience, Education, & Skills:  Experience in a residential care or assisted living setting, preferably with RCFE Activity Certification but not required. Strong understanding of federal, State, and local regulations governing residential care facilities for the elderly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
