Every week, we process hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, saving our customers countless hours of manual work and helping them process medical claims faster. Who We're Looking For We know you may be fresh out of school or just starting your career — that's okay! If you can code, love solving problems, and are excited to learn how modern cloud systems run at scale, this role could be a great fit. We'll teach you the ins and outs of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices while you work on real systems. You'll get hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, monitoring tools, and incident response, and you'll play an important part in keeping our platform reliable for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who: • Has strong problem-solving skills and can write code (any language — Python, JavaScript, Bash, etc.). • Enjoys figuring out how systems work and fixing them when they don't. • Wants to learn quickly in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Note: This role supports a U.S. government contract. U.S. citizenship of 3+ years and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required. Responsibilities • Investigate and fix technical issues in our systems (we'll mentor you along the way). • Help monitor and support AWS cloud services and Kubernetes clusters. • Write scripts and small tools to automate tasks. • Assist with software releases and infrastructure updates. • Use monitoring tools to keep an eye on system performance. • Document problems and solutions so we can solve them faster next time. • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure our systems run smoothly. Qualifications • Some programming experience — either from school, projects, internships, or personal work. • Comfort with using the command line and basic coding/scripting. • An understanding of how the internet works (HTTP, APIs, etc.). • A willingness to learn about cloud platforms like AWS. • Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical people. Bonus points if you've: • Tried Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools. • Used browser developer tools or debugged web applications. • Played with CI/CD pipelines or automation tools. What We Offer • Training and mentorship — we'll help you grow into a skilled SRE/DevOps engineer. • Modern employee benefits, including health and dental coverage. • Competitive compensation and stock options. • Access to a learning and professional development fund. • A fast-growing environment where you can quickly take on more responsibility. • Paid Time Off, Sick Days, Tuition Assistance, and more.
