Requirements Required: ·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant discipline (4 years of equivalent experience) ·         8+ years' experience with: o   Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java for backend and JavaScript, HTML, CSS for frontend development. o   Implement server-side logic, database integration, and ensure seamless data flow between backend and frontend. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Requirements Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in aerospace engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in personnel management. 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and test infrastructure. 3+ years of experience in project management. Proficiency in traditional project management practices and tools, such as critical path analysis, resource loading, and MS Project. Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, SAFe, and Jira. Proven ability to build and support high-performing engineering teams. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment. Desired Qualifications 10+ years of experience in personnel management. 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and test infrastructure within the aerospace engineering industry. Demonstrated expertise in applying traditional and agile management methodologies. Degree in engineering or a related STEM field.
