We value autonomy, accountability, and innovation.  We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect – Web Applications to own the technical architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of our customers website and its connected digital ecosystem! This role will serve as the technical authority for ensuring our enterprise website and related platforms including the CMS, content delivery systems, documentation portal, community portal, learning management system, partner portal – are designed for scalability, security, performance. The Architect will define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices across all web platforms, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendor partners. This role requires a unique blend of strategic architectural vision and hands-on technical expertise, with the ability to translate complex business needs into robust, future-proof technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical architecture expertise, hands-on solution design skills, and cross-platform integration experience, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale web implementations. Key Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Design: Own the end-to-end technical design and solution architecture for our customers website and its integrated digital platforms (CMS, documentation portal, community portal, training portal). Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and integration strategies across all platforms including Drupal (Acquia CMS), Fluid Topics, Docebo & Khoros Architect solutions for scalability, performance, availability, and security, including role-based access control and secure content entitlement models. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.  Integration & Implementation: Oversee integrations with Microsoft Entra ID / Okta (SSO), DAM, NetStorage/CDN (Akamai), Salesforce , and ERP/PLM/PIM systems. Define and validate content publishing workflows from structured (DITA/Ixiasoft) and unstructured sources to Fluid Topics. Configure and customize platforms including Acquia Drupal, Fluid Topics, Docebo, and Khoros to meet business requirements. Collaborate with identity management teams to design secure and compliant authentication and authorization solutions.  Quality, Standards, and Governance: Review vendor deliverables for technical accuracy, scalability, and compliance with requirements. Translate business requirements into platform-agnostic, solution-focused technical specifications. Ensure adherence to coding best practices, development standards, and security guidelines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and vendor resources.  Delivery & Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical liaison between our customer and implementation partners and Software Vendor Partners. Support cutover planning, testing, and deployment for phased go-lives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the web ecosystem.  Requirements Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level web applications and digital platforms. Extensive hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), with a strong preference for Drupal (Acquia CMS) or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in web architecture, including front-end and back-end technologies. Hands-on experience with integrating diverse systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, PLM, PIM, DAM) using APIs and other integration patterns. Familiarity with identity and access management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta). Solid understanding of content delivery networks (CDN) such as Akamai and related web performance best practices. Proficiency in designing secure access control and content entitlement models. Architectural & Design Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, clear, and actionable technical specifications. Experience defining and enforcing architectural standards, patterns, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across a multi-platform ecosystem. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with specific platforms mentioned, including Fluid Topics, Docebo, and Khoros. Familiarity with structured content authoring (DITA/Ixiasoft) and content publishing workflows. Experience with vendor management, including reviewing technical deliverables and acting as a technical liaison. Background in providing technical mentorship to development teams. Experience with cutover planning, testing, and deployment for large-scale web implementations.

Senior Systems Engineer
The Sr. Systems Engineer's primary role will involve the development of electro-mechanical systems, system architecture, and the accompanying documentation in accordance with established quality system procedures. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to fulfill product and project requirements, engaging with engineers from diverse companies and industries.
