D&B Legal Service is a legal service firm. We serve various legal documents for the legal community. This position will handle service of process requests among other duties. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering Phones Contacting/Managing Process Servers Data Entry Clerical Work Applicants should: Be proficient in the Windows operating system. Be able to work with deadlines. Have attention to detail. Have good organizational skills Have good communication skills If you are entering the legal field or thinking of entering the legal field this may be a great entry position for you as you will learn the service of process side of the legal process. You will get familiar with various legal documents and terms. You will learn to identify legal documents and process them into our tracking software. You will learn to use the software to track open jobs. You will learn how to close out jobs and bill the client among other tasks. Vision and Dental Insurance provided after 3 months.
