Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community health organizations. Requirements Proven track record in healthcare sales, particularly in home health or hospice environments. Understanding of the healthcare landscape, including home care services and regulations. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory. SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS Administer the scholarship application platform (AwardSpring), including application setup, review tracking, and technical oversight. Serve as the primary contact for applicants, providing support, updates, and guidance throughout the application process. Collect and manage application materials, including transcripts, letters of recommendation, and verification documents. Lead scholar recruitment efforts, including outreach to high schools, college fairs, and community events.
