Duties Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects by reviewing blueprints, specifications, and scope documents. Use estimating software and computer tools confidently to create and manage project pricing. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals. Support subcontractor and/or supplier outreach for pricing, ensuring competitive and complete proposals. Track and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Stay informed on materials, industry methods, and cost trends to ensure accurate pricing. Qualifications 2–3 years of construction estimating experience required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required for effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. We are looking for someone right out of college / uni and / or on break from school who is available for in person as well as remote work, in Miami Beach.
