Small CPA firm in Healdsburg seeking part-time office help. General office duties including ordering supplies, electronic and physical document management, scheduling appointments. Candidates must be comfortable in and familiar with office environments, Microsoft Word and Excel. 10-15 hours/week most of the year, increase to 25-30 hours/week from mid-January through mid-April during tax season. Bookkeeping skills a big plus, resulting in more hours and higher pay. The perfect candidate will have already mastered the art of casual professionalism and be calm, friendly and organized.
