General Services Clerk/Office Services • Completing work orders and requests sent to the Facilities Department. • Performing regular cleaning and maintenance for offices, conference rooms elevators etc • Assembling and disassembling multipurpose rooms for meetings and events. • Conducting physical office moves and coordinating furniture and box relocations. • General monitoring and periodically assessing janitorial supply shortage information for supply reordering. • Maintaining and replenishing supplies in conference room, copy rooms, coat closets and pantries. • Reporting issues and required repairs immediately. • Prioritizing health-related cleaning and disinfecting. • Assembling custom office furniture and unique requests as needed. • Minimum of a high school diploma or five (5) years of work related experience. • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to plan and organize work. • Ability to operate general office equipment. • Ability to work effectively with all levels of firm with tact and diplomacy. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Strong problem solving skills. • Possess reliability, dependability and motivation. • Excellent organization and communications skills, both oral and written. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail. • Exceptional client service, both internal and external. • Flexibility to work additional hours, as necessary. • NY Office Law Firm, Temp • $20-$25 • Immediate Consideration, please send resumes to lweinberg@phaxis.com.
