🔴 Construction Office Admin – Residential Construction (Bay Area) We are a high-end residential construction firm with projects throughout the Bay Area, seeking a sharp, highly organized, and detail-oriented Construction Office Admin to support our management team. This role is essential in keeping communication smooth and schedules on track. Responsibilities: Respond to client emails promptly and professionally. Manage and maintain the company calendar, including meetings, inspections, and deadlines. Provide timely reminders to team members and flag scheduling conflicts before they become issues. Support daily operations by carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay sharp under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, dependable, and proactive. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Proficiency with Gmail and Google Calendar required.
