Insurance office established for over 20 years in the area of Miami Lakes, specialized in Homeowners Insurance, Auto Insurance, Commercial General Liability and Commercial Property Insurance, seeks candidates for the following positions. 220 or 440 licensed sales representative Unlicensed clerical staff Candidates must have basic computer skills, strong communication skills and detail oriented. What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of property management experience (affordable housing experience strongly preferred). - Familiarity with Section 42 Tax Credit compliance and income averaging requirements. - Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant and Fair Housing laws. - Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills. - Tech-savvy with MS Office and property management software. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building community.
