This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a reliable remote job or works evenings. The ideal candidate is willing to live on-site in Cypress Park. *off the 110/i5 intersection. Nice house, safe neighborhood. It’s not imperative but ideal. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Administration. Reliable communication (Messaging guests, promptly responding to their needs) 5 listings/dwellings total. All on the same property *Keeps phone charged and near by. Responds within 30min. -Cleaning the units. (Or managing other cleaners to do the cleaning) *cleaning guide provided. *all the cleaning fees are yours to manage (around $600-$1,000/month) -Light handyman skills. (basic tools knowledge for home maintenance) PAY: $900/month ($225/week) for administration + all cleanings fees ($600-$1000/month) Monthly avg: $1,500 - $1900/month REQUIREMENTS: - You would be moving into a nice furnished bedroom (in a 3BED/2BATH house) with large closet and a desk. Central AC, parking, and washer/dryer in unit. Rent is $1420. *all utilities included. No down, No deposit, nor first or last. RENT IS REQUIRED. You would pay rent to start, then earn it all back +some (see why proof of income is required..?) You would be a tenant that pays rent yourself but have an on-site job that earns enough to pay it all +extra. Making your remote income ALL YOURS :) The other 2 rooms in the house are AirBnB’s that you’d be managing. *it’s not absolutely imperative that you live there but crucial that you live nearby. - Familiar with AirBnB. Have hosted in the past or have a prior job history in administration. - Property management experience is a plus. - available between 11am - 4pm on any given day. Not every day at all, but this is when cleanings take place. - Incredible cleaning skills. Attention to detail and able provide a clean unit to a guest when need be. - A minimalist with no pets and somewhat of a homebody that doesn’t travel much. MUST BE AGE 26 or older. Minimum of six (6) years of experience providing Executive Administrative Support to senior leaders in the DoD, military, or federal government. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading administrative teams in a DoD or equivalent high-tempo, policy-oriented environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive support within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) or a military service component is strongly preferred.
