We are looking for licensed real estate brokers and salespeople with cold-calling experience to join our team as Account Executives. This role will have you working on behalf of two our clients to source off-market opportunities for them to acquire. The role will be approximately 25-30 hours/week and we will provide you with a monthly draw of $2,000/month for 150 calls/day and 20% of commissions (average total commission is $200,000) from deals you generate. We will train you, provide you with all of the leads and data as well as access to our CRM. Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Completion of all types of work orders from residents. • Completion of all resident apartment turn over tasks. • Must be able available to complete “On-call” duties. • Some administrative duties may be included such as opening, tracking and closing work orders. • Conducting property inspections and/or participating on an inspection team. • Attending monthly safety meetings. • Complete preventative maintenance activities. • Full knowledge of property’s emergency procedures. • Maintain all records required by company policies and procedures, OSHA and EPA. • Perform all required duties in a professional and confidential manner. Maintenance technician positions require that an individual be able to lift moderate weights of between 30-60 lbs. on a regular basis and the ability to stand and/or walk all day. Must live within 30mins of Newport, RI for on-call.
