Part time position that is home based This position receives online orders for mobile notaries from our clients thru our easy to use Software and then uses our system to locate and assign the orders to available notaries in the geographic area requested. It also handles schedule changes, special requests, exceptions to normal notary performance, etc.. You will be working as part of a team. Ideal candidate has worked as notary signing agent or escrow officer. This position is home based so you can live anywhere in the United States. Work hours are 3:00pm to 7:00pm PST. Schedule is Monday-Friday. Candidates without Notary Signing Experience or Escrow Experience need not apply.

POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the residential units, grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, curbs, leasing office, trash enclosures, parking lot, and other building and common areas.
