The Service Technician II completes unit make-readies, conducts preventative maintenance, completes service requests, performs janitorial duties, and helps to maintain a hazard free community.  Your Impact and Job Responsibilities Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner. Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled, while maintaining accurate records. Prepare apartments for occupancy by effectively completing the make-ready process. Follow-up on tickets that have been escalated or delegated to ensure they have been resolved. • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
