We are looking to hire an enthusiastic leasing person with weekend availability. We host 4-hour open houses on weekends and need leasing help on Thursdays and Fridays (8hr. days). We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Person to help care for our rental properties. The ideal candidate can handle a variety of repair and upkeep tasks and takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role also requires someone who can present units professionally to prospective tenants. HIRING RELIABLE, MOTIVATED AND HONEST PEOPLE FULL TIME AND PART-TIME Field Inspectors needed to conduct occupancy verification and property condition reports throughout Clark County and the surrounding areas Pay rate depends on type and amount of inspections performed on any given day, but our inspectors generally make $20.00 to 30.00 per hour or $100 - $300/daily. Applicants MUST: Have reliable (economical) transportation with current insurance coverage Hold Aspen Grove number or be able to obtain (pass back-ground check). Have Smart Phone Have home computer with Internet access, printer and basic computer skills. GPS Experience is preferred, but we will consider other MOTIVATED applicants.
