New Coaching Group for Frederick Home Owners and Residents (Frederick)

I am starting a new coaching group for home owners and other Frederick Large apartment residents to help with life coaching, business or career coaching areas. I am restarting my coaching practice and focusing on local community. Looking for just a few people in the area for this initial stage. No charge for this initial phase. Previously was coaching and working on larger and international scale, so this is just my limiting the focus to the local community. This is not directly real estate based, but looking for individuals who already have jobs or transitioning, are far enough in life to own their own home or have name on larger apartment.
