Description

Our partner, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking an Investment Advisor Representative to support clients in developing and implementing personalized retirement strategies. Please note: This position is listed in Jacksonville, FL to attract applicants from that area. The role, however, is fully on-site and requires relocation to the Kirkland or Lynwood, Washington area. A relocation allowance is provided to assist with the move. This position eliminates the need for prospecting, as qualified client appointments are set by the in-house team. The role focuses on delivering tailored solutions to help clients achieve long-term financial security. Responsibilities Prepare, present, and implement customized retirement plans Assist clients with annuities, life insurance, long-term care, and managed portfolios Provide financial planning advice across investments, insurance, and retirement planning Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships Follow established processes and procedures to achieve individual and team goals Participate in public seminars to share financial information or introduce the firm Attend weekly virtual meetings Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience State Insurance License (required) Series 65 License (or Series 7/66 combination) (required) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management; basic understanding of Windows and MacOS Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain client focus Benefits Location: Relocation Required (Kirkland or Lynwood, Washington) Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 Additional Compensation: Commission 10% in year one (option to move from base pay to 25% commission), up to 30% thereafter; Quarterly & Annual Incentives Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Match Licensing Reimbursement Relocation Allowance (mandatory relocation required) Paid Time Off: 10 company holidays and 30 vacation days

ABOUT US: Formerly Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital, SRBHH was opened in 2016 and is regarded as an integral part of the greater Santa Rosa and Northern California mental health system of care. Conveniently located in the North Bay, this hospital consists of 144 acute psychiatric inpatient beds. Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (SRBHH) is regarded as an integral part of the greater Santa Rosa and Northern California mental health system of care. Conveniently located in the North Bay, SRBHH serves adolescents and adults. We treat both mental health and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. POSITION TITLE: Financial Counselor Pay: $23.50-$29.67/hour REPORTS TO (TITLE): Director of Business Office DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Financial Counselor will work closely with all members of the Revenue Cycle Team, Patient Access, Patient Accounts, and Case Management including case managers and social workers. Financial Counselors will also collaborate with nursing units,  physicians and their staff, insurance companies, attorneys and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The Financial Counselor is responsible for admission of patients including patient interviews, and some cashiering. Duties include facilitating information to respond to inquiries pertaining to admissions and billing questions. Responsible for the coordination of all credit and collection procedures on the front end, assessing and rapid resolution of self-pay account balances, assessment of all private pay accounts, and verifying insurance and other governmental programs for inpatient and outpatient accounts.
