Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Banking Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in a timely manner. Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Code and enter purchase orders into MIP accounting software daily Assists with vendor payments by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation. Assist with payment processing, including checks and EFT payments; print checks, obtain signatures, and mail payments Receive and verify expense reports and requests from employees; prepare checks for employee payment.
