We are a home of young, busy, professional women looking for a similar housemate. Rent is $890/month, month-to-month lease, all utilities/internet included. Housemates must be very clean, drama-free and able to get along well with others. Our home is pleasant, clean, and friendly and we’d like to keep it that way. You must be able to easily afford rent. There is a STRICT NO PETS POLICY and absolutely NO CIGARETTE SMOKING (cannabis outside is okay). Our home is a spacious, newly re-modeled, ranch-style 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom in a great location in South Natomas. Each bedroom has a big closet with huge mirror doors and each bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We have easy access to I-5 and I-80, plenty of parking, garage, separate laundry room, brand-new appliances and new furniture. We are 10 min from downtown and very close to all sorts of shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We have keypad locks on the doors (everyone has a personal code, no keys needed). There is a spacious backyard with a fire pit and BBQ plus a 5-person hot tub.
