Two short blocks from Yale New Haven Hospital as well as Yale University. 4 blocks from Amtrak and Metro North train station. Close to several nice beaches. Close to the famed New Haven Town Green, the ninth square,east rock park and many other worthy locations . Other things worth mentioning are off street parking , hard wood floors, washer dryer in unit , small storage area in basement , snow removal done in a timely manner . I have a private parking lot /gated community- with an electrical gate. As far as I go I'm a 45yr old professional male whos semi-retired I'm pretty quiet and easy going . I'm divorced with a 21 yr old son, and although he lives on college campus it’s not unusual for him to spend a day or two here.
