Trees, not lawn Exterior painting Wood repair (decking and porch) Install door hardware Simple plumbing issue resolution (install vanity and connect new faucets) ABOUT YOU: 1. understand time management- must be able to allocate time resource to each location 2. completely grasp the notion of schedules regarding repetitive functions, by example- turning outdoor irrigation on EACH day 3. Ability to forecast identifiable problems, proactively avoid oncoming problems before they occur. Produce material and parts lists before a project begins- and- alter course during a project when it is plainly obvious a course correction is needed 4. Get to your job on time.
