Basic knowledge and experience in servicing trucks and passenger vehicles. Mechanical skills – position has the opportunity to advance to entry level mechanic. Motivated, able to work with a team. What You’ll Do: This is mainly a heavy truck service & repair position Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical and fuel systems, and more. Read and apply electrical and hydraulic schematics in repair work. Disassemble, clean, inspect, recondition, test and assemble components. Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialty tools to identify and repair issues efficiently. Perform field and emergency repairs (when necessary) in varied weather conditions.
