It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Technical Proficiency: Experience with CMMS and automation technologies is preferred. -Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, including OSHA, FDA, and TTB regulations.
