Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities and while using robotics equipment. Manage small groups of children, providing individualized attention as needed. Communicate with parents about their child’s progress, milestones, and areas of improvement. Provide feedback to the management team about the curriculum and suggest improvements or new ideas. Qualifications and Skills: Education: o Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field preferred. o Relevant certifications in teaching disciplines are a plus.
