Welder/Fabricator Position at Underground Utility Contractor THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION, MONDAY - FRIDAY Qualifications: Candidate must be a self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision. Must prioritize tasks at hand, performing and completing on time. Knowledge of safety protocols Excellent problem-solving, mechanical, welding, and fabricating skills. Knowledge and experience with MIG/TIG and Stick Welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with operating heavy equipment and lifting equipment is a plus. Cut and mount fabricated components needed to repair equipment. Perform maintenance modifications. Universal refrigeration certification. • Startup and document equipment, per manufacturers parameters for warranty. Confirming operation is per-factory specifications, assisting commissioning agent when applicable. • Demonstrate professional and informative interaction with customers, always listening to and addressing their concerns in a professional and respectable manner. • Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and any potential system issues and/or suggested improvements. • Ensure that all service documentation is completed and submitted on time. • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in HVAC systems, attend education courses as requested. • Ability to lift 50 pounds and physical tasks associated with HVAC service. • Must possess necessary service tools. • A clean, valid Florida driver’s license Why Join Us?
