What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 5+ years of handyman or broad skilled trades experience – you are skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and smart home device installation. Licensed general contractors, electricians, and plumbers are encouraged to apply! ✔️ Strong problem-solving skills – you can independently troubleshoot any common issue in a home and get the job done right the first time. ✔️ Attention to detail — you take pride in your clean caulk lines and impeccable patching and painting. ✔️ Customer-friendly attitude – you enjoy working directly with homeowners and a great listener and communicator. ✔️ Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and set of tools – you’ll travel between customer’s home to perform maintenance tasks and improvements.

At Aslin Automation, we are a custom design-and-build machine shop specializing in robotics and advanced automation solutions. Our team of about 10 talented individuals—ranging from technicians to engineers—works together to bring machines to life through design, machining, fabrication, electrical and pneumatic integration. We regularly work with a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel. Using these materials, we build custom frames, guards and a wide variety of “weldments” depending on the form factor of the particular custom machine. Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:  Fabricate and weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.  Build and assemble machine frames, guarding, and components.  Create estimates and procure materials  Work with precision to ensure high-quality, custom builds.  Perform PC-based work related to job setup and documentation.  Occasional field work installing and or modifying equipment. Requirements:  Minimum 5 years of practical fabrication/welding experience.  Proficient in PC use and comfortable working with digital tools.  Familiarity with eDrawings or experience viewing 3D models.  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.  Basic machining capabilities (cutting, drilling, grinding, milling, turning).  Understanding of the most common materials’ properties, specifically during machining and welding processes.  Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment. Additional desirables:  Familiarity with Solidworks or other 3D CAD software.  Machining capabilities (or experience other than fabrication purposes) beyond the basic requirements listed above. We are actively seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support our clients in maintaining high-quality residential communities. These positions are critical in ensuring the timely and efficient turnover of apartment units, addressing resident work orders, and executing repairs and renovations. Rate of Pay: $26–$28 DOE Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Requirements: Must pass a background check in accordance with family housing standards Duties include: • Perform full unit turns: Carpentry, drywall patching, painting, plumbing, appliance installs, and non-licensed electrical work • Prepare move-in inspection reports with new and vacating residents • Track key/lock system and change locks as needed • Install and troubleshoot appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators • Provide courtesy services for tenants, including package delivery and routine/preventative maintenance for pool/spa areas Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders, with skills in plumbing, light electrical, and appliance troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment • Ability to manage a physical workload while effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing quality work • Possess basic hand tools to perform daily tasks • Reliable transportation for travel to and from job sites
