The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager with a passion for data, AI, and aviation technology. You’ll be responsible for building products and features that unlock safe, scalable, and data-driven drone operations. This role requires balancing vision and strategy with hands-on execution: identifying customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver. What We’re Looking For -Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). -4–7 years of product management experience in an agile software environment. -Proven track record of delivering complex products end-to-end, ideally in data- or AI-driven domains. -Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience building AI-enabled products (required). -Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize product and operational data into actionable insights. -Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable working with stakeholders across technical, business, and regulatory contexts. -Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools. Bonus: experience in aviation, drones, geospatial data, or regulated industries. Platform Engineer - AI Tool & Integration Position Overview: The Data Analytics & AI department at RCG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software & Platform Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role requires a strong technical background in AI tooling, data platform architecture, cloud computing, and big data technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for all tooling and integration with GenAI LLM, maintaining our Azure platform with OpenAI, and leveraging Databricks Mosaic AI. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing our AI and data platforms to meet the evolving needs of the business. We are lawyers and have a real case going to trial in SF soon. At this legal focus group, we will present to you arguments from both sides and want to hear your honest opinions and advice about the case. That is your job. Just about everyone who participates in one of our focus groups find it fun and interesting. The focus group will be held at a hotel meeting room in the financial district. Lunch will be provided.
