In most cases it only takes 2-3 minutes to complete an inspection (contact with the owner is not necessary in most cases)! Some inspections do require photos of the interior which can take 15-20 minutes. **A lot of our inspections are in the far Northside of Chicago and Northern Suburbs, so we are looking for potential individuals that reside in those areas. This is a contractor position that gives you the freedom of building your own inspection schedule. Get paid WEEKLY and manage your own schedule, expenses, and taxes on your terms. If you already are working for Uber Eats, Doordash, Grubhub, Spark Driver, or other delivery company, this job fits right in OR Realtors that just need an extra revenue stream.
