YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS: Calling from a company-provided list of prospects in our focus industries and regions. Developing prospect lists and prospecting methodologies using company guided priorities and targets. Using, maintaining, and improving the company provided cold calling scripts or materials. Following up with every prospective client in a timely and professional manner. Learning about prospective and existing clients’ background, their product service offerings, and overall objectives in order to direct them to the best solution by acting as an adviser or partner rather than a salesperson. REPORTS TO: Program Director JOB SUMMARY: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will develop, implement, and oversee behavior support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within WCP's vocational training program. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessments, intervention plans, and staff training to support clients in achieving vocational success and community integration in alignment with Work Creation Program's mission. Our mission is to support adults of all ages with disability challenges, helping them maximize their independence, cater to their individual needs and choices, and assist them in maintaining a desired quality of life. Responsibilities Provide personal care services to clients, including meal preparation, assistance with eating, bathing, toileting, and general physical activity.
