CDL Drive-Away Truck Drivers (Appleton)

Looking for Class A or B Drivers with minimum 5 years CDL truck driving experience, or in driving Emergency Response Vehicles, with excellent driving records.
Deliver new trucks nationwide, part-time position. TransCentral’s focus is on driving and delivering new trucks for truck manufacturers. Most units are straight trucks with no decking or towing of any kind. Most of our work originates from Bradenton FL and Appleton, WI and involves new Emergency Response Vehicles. These are heavy duty trucks and a CDL class A or B with prior experience is required. Perfect part-time position for retired Truck Drivers and Fire Fighters. We work around your schedule, however there are no further “benefits” offered with this position
Available work is part-time, occasional, and as needed, depending on how busy our clients are. Normally each job requires one or two nights out, while some are longer to the west coast. Work can be very sporadic, and you must be in a financial position to be busy at times and slow at other times. Pay per job is based on the mileage of the delivery.

Class A or B CDL with Air Brake and Tanker Endorsements.
Current DOT Medical Card
Minimum 5 years CDL driving experience. Or, previous experience driving emergency response vehicles. OTR with winter weather driving experience in northern states and mountains also helpful.
Excellent driving record.
Must be capable of receiving emails and printing paperwork. And in scanning documents and emailing them to our office.
You must be financially and independently capable of accepting work as it may or may not be available.
Must reside within a reasonable distance of our primary points of origin as most job assignments involve very short notice. (Normally next day departures).
We do not hire Independent Contractors, all Drivers are employees.
